Provide
services that include:
 Evaluating
and treating speech difficulties such as pronouncing sounds or words, voice
production or stuttering
Providing assistance on the programming for
mild difficulties with pronunciation
Assessing and treating
cognitive-communication skills and making recommendations
Providing assistance in obtaining
augmentative or alternative communication systems (voice output devices,
picture boards switch devices)
Assessing and providing recommendations for
feeding and swallowing problems
Providing counseling for clients and their
caregivers about communication and swallowing problems
